How long will it take to receive my order?

 

All our products are individually made to order. Our lead time on all orders is 1 to 2 weeks after the order is placed.

Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or text message that will notify you of the shipment and the tracking number. Depending on the product you purchase, there may be more than one parcel in your consignment (e.g tables and desks will come with the legs and tabletop in separate packages.)

Services Used

We use a 3 - 5 day service for delivery and use various couriers such as ParcelForce, DHL, Tuffnells etc. All shipments are fully tracked.

 

Shipping for all UK orders is free of charge.

Assembly On Arrival

​

Some of our furniture will require assembly after you receive it. We provide all fixings and a thorough guide on how to do this is included in your package.
